I honestly do not believe I have ever read a story as amazing as this one! It’s not one of those cliche ‘how they finally got together books’. It is about life! How three people who love each other unconditionally, navigate their lives together! I have truly never felt the need to leave a review on any of the books I have read, this would be the first! And for good reason! The characters are so well thought out, and compliment each other perfectly!
This is the first mafia romance book I have ever read but I have read other books by this author so I figured I would try it. It was great. Intriguing and had me on the edge of my seat. I couldn't stop reading it. Twists and surprises throughout the book and no dull moments.
I loved the Kayleigh as she is very relatable and has been through so much. My least favorite character became a favorite character by the end of the book.
Beth Burke has a unique writing style that pulls you in from the beginning and I will definitely be reading more from her. There are trigger warnings on this book for a reason regarding abuse.
Amazing! The story captivated me from the start. Strong characters with very well developed personalities. Story is written beautifully. It has it all, romance, erotica, trauma, abuse, recovery, healing, growing, strength, and weakness.

Bio
My name is Beth Burke and I first started writing stories when I was kid. However I had too many people tell me that my stories were silly, so I stopped writing. I didn't pick up any of my stories until my God Daughter was 3 or 4 and she wanted me to tell her stories and we ran out of books so I started to make them up. To this day she says those stories are some of her favorite memories of her childhood. She told me I should write them down and share them. After a lifetime of being told I couldn't I finally took the step and tried.
I shared my first few stories on a writers page and got positive reviews and reactions. So I started to share more of my stories and even started writing again. On March 17th of 2021 my first novel was published on Amazon. I always tell others to shoot for the stars and to work for their dreams and I needed to take my own advice. I finally took a chance and stepped off the curb to begin a new journey in my life.
